Meet the Dab’s
Crystal and Sean D’Abbraccio purchased Tiny Tile Mosaics in 2013 while living in the Virgin Islands. Since that time, the business has thrived as an online mosaic supply store for other mosaic makers around the world. Upon returning back to the mainland in 2017, TTM moved underground to a secluded basement studio. Eventually, the studio grew and needed a new location. In the summer of 2022, Tiny Tile Mosaics moved into its first public studio for all to enjoy at 37 Central Square in Chelmsford MA. In this location they offer studio space, commissioned work, gatherings and classes for all humans.
Cruz Bay Community Mural
In February 2023, they completed their first Community Mosaic Mural in St. John, USVI. Working with Friends of the National Park, Crystal designed & organized a larger scale community mosaic project remotely. She and her husband traveled to their beloved island home to install two mosaic murals on the walls of the new children’s playground in Cruz Bay. A total of 68 square feet of tile was placed with the help of over 100 local residents in 10 days.
Junie’s Place
In 2024, Crystal and Sean completed their second community project with Junie’s Place Inc. This project invited friends, family and other community members to create two mosaic benches measuring around 30 square feet of tile space. Junie Dillon was a joyful ray of light who died suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 2.5 years old in December 2022. These memory mosaic benches live in the tot-playground at Friendship Park in Chelmsford, MA.
St John Community Project
In April 2024, they were invited back to the Island of St. John to complete another community project for the Friends of the National Park. This project featured beautiful glass and vibrant color palettes to create 4 large panels each measuring 4 ft. by 3 ft. for a whopping 48 sq. ft. of time set in beautiful frames crafted by a local woodworker in Fish Bay. Each panel brings to life a different verse of the VI March (National Anthem) with locally crafted word tiles created in Coral Bay. The panels are currently being displayed at the Westin St. John Resort Villas and will be a traveling display at various areas on the island.
Outdoor Community Mosaic
Currently, Tiny Tile Mosaics is collaborating with Christ the King Lutheran Church in Nashua to create a flowing 6 ft. by 4ft. Community mosaic to represent and embody the church’s diversity and inclusion. This all-weather panel will feature flowing rivers, glorious sunsets and other important words and elements inspired by the Lutheran Religion.

Sean finds his inspirations in the salty sea and enjoys working with ocean pallets using vibrant sunbursts, rolling waves and rasta vibes. His work is playful, engaging and bold. His favorite substrates are skulls and upcycled driftwood.
Crystal has always been inspired by nature and her mosaic work combines the beauty of the natural world around her with her spiritually rooted practices. She enjoys vibrant colors, rich textures, and patterns while incorporating sacred geometry and awareness into her art.
